By accessing or using mysipplanner.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

My SIP Planner offers free, educational resources, including SIP and lumpsum calculators, charts generated from your inputs in the browser, and blog-style articles about investing concepts. The Site is provided “as is” for general learning in India and other regions unless stated otherwise.

Nothing on the Site is personalised financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell any security or mutual fund scheme. We are not registered investment advisers, brokers, or distributors. You alone decide whether any investment is suitable; consult a qualified professional before acting.

Calculator results are illustrative only. They depend on the numbers you enter (such as assumed return rates and tenure) and simplified formulas. Actual mutual fund NAVs, fees, taxes, market movement, and fund rules will differ. Past or hypothetical performance is not a guarantee of future results.

You agree not to treat any output on the Site as a promise of return or as a substitute for reading scheme documents and risk factors.

Articles and explanations reflect general educational intent. They may simplify complex topics. Errors or delays may occur. We may add, change, or remove content without notice.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the Site or other users’ access;
• Scrape or harvest data in a way that harms performance or violates applicable law;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or use the Site to distribute malware or spam;

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and original code are owned by My SIP Planner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Site without prior written permission, except where law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My SIP Planner and anyone associated with it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any calculator or article.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for free use), or one hundred Indian rupees, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend and hold harmless My SIP Planner from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
